- Painting Services (Interior, Exterior, Residential, Commercial)
- Cleaning Services (General, Post-Renovation, Carpet, Upholstery, Window)
- Handyman Services (Electrical, Plumbing, Furniture Assembly, Digital Lock Installation, Repairs)
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Service Bookings & Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message or email from us.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full or as per agreed terms before or upon service completion.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, PayNow, and credit/debit cards.
- For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work.
- Failure to complete payment may result in legal action or refusal of future services.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their bookings at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives at the service location and the customer is unavailable, a call-out charge may apply.
4.2 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the service appointment.
- We will do our best to accommodate rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons, such as service failure.
- No refunds for services already rendered.
- Deposits for large projects may be non-refundable, depending on materials and time spent.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your service needs.
- Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technicians.
- Notify us of any pre-existing damages before service begins.
- Allow our team sufficient time to complete the work properly.
6. Service Warranty & Liability
6.1 Warranty
- We offer a limited service warranty for certain services, such as aircon repairs and painting works.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
- Customers must report issues within the warranty period for free follow-up service.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, failures, or customer negligence.
- Any claims related to service defects must be made within 7 days of service completion.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect customer information only for service-related purposes and do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
- Our privacy practices comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

8. Use of Website & Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, images, and text on our website are owned by Cool & Clean Engineering Services Pte Ltd.

9. Force Majeure

- Any disputes will first be resolved amicably through negotiations.
